"A MASTERCLASS - a session of tuition by an expert for exceptional students." We will examine in detail recent important developments in MCA/DoLs and the Court of Protection. Concentrating on our ability to better understand the MCA, especially with the help of Court of Protection judges, a Masterclass gives us the opportunity to focus on issues in much greater depth. Always a very popular course with attendees from varied disciplines allowing broad ranging high level discussion we will focus on our ability to better understand the MCA and it gives us the opportunity to examine fewer issues in greater depth. GUEST SPEAKER Dr Agnes Ayton Anorexia nervosa is a potentially fatal disorder that is notoriously difficult to treat and provokes feelings of great frustration. Agnes offers some hope within a legal framework.
